Are you working on booking an upcoming tour? As a current Arts Northwest member, you can submit your tour dates to be featured in an email blast to our full membership.

We offer two options, depending on how many dates you already have confirmed. Find your card below to see which request is right for you.

A current Arts Northwest membership is required for either option

3+ confirmed dates

Block Booking Opportunity

Sent as its own dedicated e-blast

If you already have a solid run of tour dates locked in, this option gets your tour its own email sent to the entire Arts Northwest membership — helping you fill in the gaps around dates you've already booked.

  • 3 or more confirmed, booked dates required
  • Arts Northwest builds and sends a dedicated email for your tour

Anchor Date Booking Opportunity

Included in the monthly e-blast

Still early in booking your tour? This option is designed for you. Your dates are included in our monthly email blast to the full membership, giving your tour visibility while you work on filling out the rest of the schedule.

  • 1–2 confirmed dates required
  • Included in the monthly membership e-blast
  • Must be received by the last day of the previous month to be included
